Apple 77.60.198 / hinge 151.56.301 is used in the hitch of HTZ tractors and is designed to create a movable hinge connection of the upper link (central screw), providing free change in the angle of operation of the attachment.
The hinge is equipped with two rings 150.56.156 and is installed in the head 150.56.030A of the upper link. Thanks to its spherical shape (“apple”), the unit compensates for distortions and angular movements that occur during operation of mounted agricultural implements, reducing the load on the hitch elements and increasing the reliability of the entire mechanism.
When the hinge wears out, backlashes appear, the accuracy of the attachment deteriorates and the load on the central link increases, so timely replacement of the part allows you to extend the service life of the entire unit.
