Trailed device
Spare parts for trailed HTZ devices are intended for the repair and restoration of components that ensure reliable connection of the tractor with trailers, vehicles and other trailed equipment.
This category presents towbar components: tow brackets, yokes, king pins, pins, axles, fasteners and other parts of the coupling mechanism. The good condition of these components ensures safe operation of the equipment, stable transmission of traction force and reliable operation of the tractor during transport and economic work.
The towed device of the T-150, T-150K, HTZ-170, HTZ-17221, HTZ-242K, HTZ-243K tractors and other modifications of the HTZ is intended for connecting the tractor with trailers, vehicles and various trailed agricultural machines. The safety of operation of the equipment, the stability of the unit and the reliability of the transmission of traction force depend on the serviceability of the coupling mechanism.
The basis of the classic towbar consists of a left tow yoke 150.35.101, a right tow yoke 150.35.102, a tow bracket 150.35.103 and 150.35.103-1, a king pin 75.35.011, a fastening bolt 150.35.104, pins 54.35.408-1A and 75.35.102A, as well as axles, washers and cotter pins. These parts form the main coupling unit used on most wheeled tractors of the T-150 and HTZ family.
The design uses two harness options. Bracket 150.35.105A belongs to the old model and has an L-shaped design. The bracket 150.35.105-1 is a modernized version of the new model with a direct design. When repairing and selecting parts, it is necessary to take into account the installed modification of the towbar.
In addition to the classic trailer hitch, some tractors use automatic coupling devices. This unit includes an automatic hitch N.110.400, a frame N.110.410, a control cable 151.97.011, cable sheaths and parts of the control mechanism that ensure quick coupling of the tractor with trailed equipment.
On some modifications of the equipment, a pendulum tow hitch 151.35.001-4 is also found. Its design uses a pendulum 151.35.010-1 (151.35.101-2), supports 151.35.012 and 151.35.105-1, lugs 151.35.014 and 151.35.016, traverse 151.35.111-2, yokes 151.35.109 and 151.35.110, kingpin 75.35.011 and other elements of the pendulum hitch. This design is much less common than a standard trailer hitch, but individual parts continue to be used in the restoration and repair of HTZ and T-150 tractors.
