Secondary shaft 150.37.037-2 is a key element of the gearbox of HTZ tractors (T-150, HTZ-17221, 17021, etc.), responsible for transmitting torque from the fluid coupling to the transmission output units. It works in tandem with the input shaft and ensures stable operation in all speed ranges. At the end of the shaft there are 10 sealing rings 150.37.333 (made of cast iron or polyamide), which fit into the sleeve 150.37.146, installed inside the right distributor housing (150.37.025-1 or 155.37.025-1). This pairing guarantees tightness and precise centering.
Two hydraulic coupling drums 150.37.140-1 are attached to the shaft. Assembled with disks, the unit has the number 150.37.016, and together with gears 151.37.207-6 and 151.37.235-5 - 150.37.011. Also on the shaft are bearings, guide bushings, fixing cups, a lock nut 150.37.420-1 and a bolt 150.37.338, which prevents axial displacement. All elements are designed for high loads and operation under conditions of heat and vibration. The secondary shaft is made of durable steel, resistant to wear and deformation. During a major overhaul of the gearbox, its replacement ensures the restoration of correct torque transmission and the durability of the unit.
