The sealing ring 150.37.333 is used in the gearbox of HTZ tractors and is installed in the grooves on the front part of the secondary shaft 150.37.037-2 in the amount of 10 pieces. It performs an important function - it ensures a tight connection between the shaft and the distributor bushing, preventing oil leakage and wear of the mating surfaces.
Rings are made from several types of materials:
Cast iron - has high wear resistance and resistance to temperature changes.
Plastic - provides a soft landing and reduces friction during rotation, especially on shafts with light wear.
Technolit (Mogilev) - available in two versions:
Technolit 150.37.333A in nominal size - 50.0x2.4x2.2 mm.
Technolit 150.37.333A-R1 in repair size - 50.0×3.0×2.2 mm.
Each of the materials has its own advantages. The choice depends on the condition of the grooves on the shaft and the user’s preferences: plastic fits better on new or slightly worn surfaces, cast iron is more durable under high loads, and technolite in a repair size is perfect for a shaft with wear.
They are used in transmissions of HTZ wheeled tractors, including models T-150, T-151, HTZ-17221, HTZ-17222, HTZ-242K, HTZ-248K and others.
