Freekion sealing ring 150.37.534 for gearbox fluid coupling 150.37.140 and PTO fluid coupling 150.41.116. Produced at the Tekhnolit UChNPP plant in Mogilev.
Manufactured with a hook lock, high-strength alloy or gray cast iron is used. The ion-plasma hardening method is used to increase wear resistance. This makes it possible to strengthen the working surface of rings made of high-strength cast iron up to 800 HV from gray cast iron up to 550 HV to a depth of up to 0.4 mm. To break in the rings, tin coating is used.
When repairing the fluid coupling drum, a groove is machined for the sealing ring, after which rings of other sizes are used “repair”. The choice of Ring (Standard, R-1, R-2, R-3, P4) depends on how broken the groove for the ring is.
