The bypass distributor 151.37.025-4 is an important control unit of the lubrication system of the gearbox of KhTZ tractors. Its task is to stabilize and control oil pressure, prevent overloads and ensure correct operation of the transmission in various modes.
The design of the distributor includes many elements of precision mechanics: plug 151.37.543-1, bushing 151.37.506-1, body 151.37.503-2, body with bushing 151.37.070-1, fitting 151.37.351, valve 150.37.464, ring 151.37.514, spring 150.37.366A, screw washer 150.37.406, stop 150.37.337, adjusting screw 150.37.363, plug 150.37.367-1, nut R75-058B, cap R75-051B, as well as a row O-rings, balls and retaining wires. All these elements ensure the accuracy of the mechanism and durability under high loads.
The distributor is installed on top of the cover 151.37.145-6 / 151.37.145-5 through the gasket 150.37.362-2 and secured with M10x30.7796 bolts. Tube 151.37.095, tube 150.50.018 and a hydraulic hose are connected to it, forming a unit through which oil passes, directed to various parts of the gearbox.
Below the bypass distributor, a safety valve 150.55.056-1 must be installed - it provides additional protection of the system from excessive pressure and works in conjunction with the distributor.
The unit is used on all versions of KhTZ tractors with a manual transmission, ensuring stable operation of the transmission and increasing its service life.
