Safety valve 150.55.056-1 is a small but important element of the tractor hydraulic system, which is a cage with a ball and a spring. Its main function is to protect the system from excess pressure and ensure stable operation of hydraulics when loads change.
The valve is installed together with the bypass distributor (the so-called “airplane”) 151.37.025-4 and is part of the cover assembly 151.37.024-2. When the permissible pressure is exceeded, the valve automatically opens, releasing excess oil, thereby preventing damage to distributor parts and other system components.
The part is manufactured with high precision, the ball and spring are heat treated, which ensures reliability and long service life even with constant changes in pressure and temperature.
It is used on tractors of the HTZ family - models T-150, T-151, T-156, HTZ-17221, HTZ-242, HTZ-248 and others with similar hydraulic systems.
