Servomechanism 125.20.057-1 is a pneumatic clutch drive amplifier, which is used on HTZ tractors with mechanical transmission, such as T-150, T-150K, T-151K, T-156, T-157, T-17221, T-17021, HTZ-243K and other models. Its task is to facilitate disengagement of the clutch by using compressed air pressure from the tractor's pneumatic system.
The operation of the mechanism is based on the following principle: when you press the pedal, air enters the pneumatic chamber through the built-in valve and creates additional force, which significantly reduces the load on the operator when the clutch is released. When the pedal is released, the air is released, and the return springs return the device to its original position.
The design of the servomechanism includes a housing with a plunger, return springs, a system of valves and seals. The body has two holes for connecting hoses. One of them connects to the brake chamber 500-3519010-01, and the second goes to the brake valve 151.64.027. This connection allows you to connect the clutch operation with the general pneumatic network of the tractor and ensure synchronization with the brake system.
The servomechanism 125.20.057-1 is distinguished by its maintainability; repair kits with valves, springs and cuffs are provided for it. Thanks to its robust design and the use of wear-resistant materials, it can withstand significant loads and vibrations, and operates in conditions of dust and temperature changes. All this makes this unit a reliable control element, which significantly facilitates the operator’s work while operating the tractor.
