The brake block 150.21.028 is used in the clutch unit of HTZ tractors and is installed inside the clutch housing of SMD-60 or YaMZ engines. It provides braking to the flywheel when the clutch is disengaged, which is necessary for smooth gear shifting and to prevent gear wear.
On one side, the block is attached to the clutch body with bolt 125.21.245, and on the other hand, the brake pad 125.21.244 is fixed to the brake shackle through its adjusting nut 125.21.248 - this allows you to fine-tune the clamping force and correct operation of the mechanism.
The brake is an assembly unit comprising:
— block 150.21.241;
— trim 125.21.242;
— rivets 2–4×12.620 according to GOST 12642-80.
Brake block 150.21.028 is used in clutches of tractors T-150, T-151, T-156, HTZ-17221 and other models with a similar design of the clutch unit.
