Pressure Reducing Valve 150.37.065-3 (Left) / 150.37.064-3 (Right) is used in the hydraulic transmission system of HTZ T-150 crawler tractors and is designed to regulate hydraulic fluid pressure during gear shifting. The valves ensure smooth operation of the hydraulic components, reduce shock loads on the transmission, and provide smoother gear changes.
The left and right valves are installed together and operate with Hydraulic Accumulator 150.37.044 / 150.37.044-1, which stores hydraulic fluid and maintains the required system pressure. Their combined operation prevents sudden pressure fluctuations, reduces shifting shocks, and extends the service life of the transmission.
The valve consists of a body, spool, stop, ball, springs, and sealing elements, providing precise pressure regulation and oil flow control within the transmission hydraulic system. All components are manufactured from wear-resistant materials designed for long-term operation under high pressure and continuous contact with transmission oil.
The valves are highly serviceable. If necessary, individual internal components such as the springs, ball, spool, and seals can be replaced, allowing the valve to be restored without replacing the complete assembly.
Pressure Reducing Valves 150.37.065-3 (Left) and 150.37.064-3 (Right) are used in the transmissions of HTZ T-150 crawler tractors and other HTZ models with the same hydraulic transmission system.
