Roller 120.37.822 is a part of a new type of gearbox (Gearbox) of HTZ wheeled tractors, designed to transmit movement from the shift lever to the forks for selecting ranges and gears.
The part is part of a rocker-type mechanism, where it works together with the rocker 120.37.821, the drive 120.37.823 and other transmission elements. The accuracy and reliability of gear engagement, as well as the absence of spontaneous switching off of the ranges when working under load, depends on the serviceability of the roller.
The new type of roller has a reinforced design, more precise processing of the seats and an optimized length for operation in the latest generation gearboxes. Manufactured from high-strength, heat-treated steel to resist wear, bending and torsion under high dynamic loads.
It is used in gearboxes of tractors HTZ-17221, HTZ-17222, HTZ-242, HTZ-248 and other modern models of the HTZ family with an updated transmission.
