Horizontal joint pipe 151.30.046-3Ais used in HTZ wheeled tractors (T-150, T-151, T-156, HTZ-17221, etc.) and is an important element of the front axle assembly. It connects the front and rear of the frame through an articulation joint, allowing the front axle to deflect when driving over uneven surfaces. Thanks to this, the tractor remains stable, the wheels fit tightly to the surface, and the loads on the frame are evenly distributed.
The pipe is made of durable steel and is designed for high dynamic forces. In operation, it interacts with a number of related parts:

bushings 125.30.138 (2 pcs.) – ensure smooth rotation and reduce wear;

half rings 125.30.216 (2 pcs.) – fix the pipe and prevent its axial displacement;

spacer ring 151.30.162-1 - used for correct adjustment of gaps and shock absorption.
Together, these elements form a horizontal hinge unit, which ensures freedom of swing of the bridge while simultaneously rigidly fixing the pipe in the body.
The horizontal hinge pipe 151.30.046-3A is designed for a long service life, but if worn, it can be replaced separately, without the need to replace the entire assembly.
