Moisture separator 151.64.092 is an element of the pneumatic system of HTZ tractors and plays an important role in ensuring stable operation of the braking system. Its main task is to remove moisture and condensate from the compressed air supplied from the compressor, which helps prevent freezing and corrosion of pneumatic network elements.
The water separator housing has three technological holes for connecting other elements of the system. They are equipped with a drain valve 151.64.025 for bleeding moisture and condensate, a towing valve 155.64.028, which ensures the correct operation of the pneumatic system when towing the tractor, as well as brake hose 200-3506060-B1 and high pressure hose 150.61.020-01. Together with the pressure regulator 151.64.010-01, the moisture separator forms a unit responsible for preparing compressed air supplied to the brake system circuits.
This unit is distinguished by its reliability and simplicity of design, which makes it durable with proper maintenance. Regular use of the drain valve 151.64.025 allows you to maintain the system in working condition, preventing the accumulation of moisture and the formation of ice during the winter period.
Used on HTZ tractors: T-150, T-151, T-156, HTZ-17221 and other modifications with a pneumatic braking system.
