Planet Gear Pin 150.39.107-1 (also known as the planet gear shaft) is used in the wheel final drives of HTZ tractors and is one of the key components of the planetary gear mechanism. The pin is installed inside Planet Gear 150.39.106-3 or 150.39.106-5A, serving as the support shaft on which the planet gear rotates.
Inside the planet gear, the pin works together with two rows of 14×28 or 10×28 needle rollers (depending on the assembly version). This design ensures smooth rotation of the planet gear, minimizes friction, and enables the planetary gear mechanism to withstand the heavy loads generated during wheel final drive operation.
The 150.39.107-1 Planet Gear Pin is a component of the Planet Gear Assembly 150.39.021, which is installed inside the final drive carrier of the wheel final drive. Each tractor uses 12 planet gear pins, so during a major overhaul of the wheel final drives, it is common practice to replace the complete set of related components, including the pins, needle rollers, and planet gears.
During maintenance, it is recommended to inspect the working surface of the pin, the needle rollers, and the bore of the planet gear. If excessive wear, scoring, pitting, or uneven wear patterns are found, all worn components should be replaced together. This helps prevent excessive backlash and extends the service life of the planetary gear mechanism.
Compatible with the wheel final drives of HTZ T-150K, T-151K, T-156, HTZ-17221, HTZ-242K, HTZ-248K, and other HTZ tractors equipped with the same wheel final drive design.
