Planet Gear Spacer Ring 150.39.108-3A / 150.39.108-2 is used in the wheel final drives of HTZ tractors and is designed to separate the two rows of needle rollers inside the planet gear. The spacer ring is installed on Planet Gear Pin 150.39.107 between the two rows of either 14×28 large or 10×28 small needle rollers, ensuring their correct alignment and even load distribution during operation of the planetary gear mechanism.
The spacer ring is a component of Planet Gear Assembly 150.39.021 and is used together with Planet Gears 150.39.106-3 and 150.39.106-5A, as well as Outer Spacer Washers 150.39.109, which retain the needle rollers at both ends. This design keeps the rollers correctly positioned on the planet gear pin, ensuring smooth rotation of the gear and reducing wear of the wheel final drive components.
Depending on the manufacturer and production version, the spacer ring may be made of steel, cast nylon (PA6), or polyamide PA6. Steel rings provide excellent mechanical strength, while polymer versions offer high wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, and excellent resistance to lubricants.
During wheel final drive overhaul, it is recommended to inspect the condition of the spacer ring, needle rollers, planet gear pin, and the internal bores of the planet gears. If excessive wear, deformation, or damage is found, all worn components should be replaced together to ensure proper operation of the planetary gear mechanism and maximize the service life of the wheel final drive.
Planet Gear Spacer Ring 150.39.108-3A / 150.39.108-2 is compatible with HTZ T-150K, T-151K, T-156, HTZ-17021, HTZ-17221, HTZ-242K, HTZ-248K, and other HTZ tractors equipped with the same wheel final drive design.
