Hydraulic tank filter 151.40.080-1 (new model)is used in the hydraulic systems of HTZ tractors: T-150, T-156, T-17221, HTZ-243K and other models. It is installed in the oil tank and is designed for fine cleaning of the working fluid before supplying it to the pump, protecting hydraulic units from wear and prolonging their service life.
The filter consists of a housing 151.40.093-1, a replaceable filter element 761-00-00-00, a bypass valve 151.40.095, a spring 151.40.335-2, limiter 151.40.632 and sealing ring 042-050-46-2-2.9833. The top cover 151.57.156-8 with gasket 151.57.157-8 ensures tightness and easy access to internal elements.
The new model is distinguished by its reliable design and serviceability: the filter element is easily replaced without dismantling the entire unit. The presence of a safety valve protects the system when clogged. The filter ensures stable operation of hydraulics in conditions of dust, vibration and high loads, which makes it an important element for maintaining the proper operation of equipment.
