Repair Sleeve 150.41.252-1 is used in the Power Take-Off (PTO) Gearbox of HTZ tractors to restore the functionality of the PTO Drive Shaft 150.41.103-6. After installing the sleeve and completing the repair, the assembly becomes PTO Drive Shaft Assembly 150.41.055-2, allowing the shaft to be rebuilt without replacing it entirely.
The sleeve is installed inside the PTO Gearbox 150.41.011-4 and features internal splines that engage with the NSH-10V-3 right-hand rotation gear pump. This ensures reliable transmission of torque from the drive shaft to the hydraulic pump responsible for operating the tractor's hydraulic system.
Using Repair Sleeve 150.41.252-1 restores worn splines on the drive shaft, eliminates excessive play, and ensures dependable power transmission. During repair, it is also recommended to inspect the splines of Drive Shaft 150.41.103-6 and the NSH-10V-3 gear pump, as wear on the mating components can significantly reduce the service life of the rebuilt assembly.
