The double joint 151.41.021-1 assembly is a key element of the power take-off shaft drive of HTZ tractors, ensuring the transmission of rotation when changing angles and longitudinal displacements. The unit has increased strength and is designed to operate under high loads typical of a PTO.
The design includes a fork 151.41.124-1 (“hoof”), two cardan crosspieces 150.41.045, a double-joint fork 151.41.125-1, a sliding fork assembly 150.41.060, as well as a set of mounting plates, bolts, nuts and grease fittings. On one side of the assembly there is a sliding fork 150.41.277-2, connected to the intermediate support shaft 151.41.126. On the other side there is a fork 151.41.124-1, which is attached to the flange coupling 151.37.400.
Thanks to the double cross design, the joint effectively compensates for deflections and vibrations, ensuring stable and smooth operation of the PTO even under significant load. Used on tractors of the HTZ family, including models T-150, T-151, T-156, HTZ-17221 and others.
