The PTO gear housing 150.41.101-4 is the main cast part of the power take-off shaft (PTO) assembly, which houses all the key elements of the gearbox. The housing serves as support and protection for internal parts, ensuring their correct location and alignment during operation.
From the bottom side, the housing is joined to the pan 151.41.212, while a gasket 150.41.181-1 is installed between them, ensuring the tightness of the connection and preventing oil leakage. The housing is fastened using studs (d=10, l=65, l0=26, l1=20) М10×65.22038, which are included in the assembly unit number 150.41.067-2.
Inside the housing there is a drive shaft 150.41.055-2, as well as other elements of the PTO mechanism, including bearings, gears and seals. The housing is equipped with technological holes for installing a breather plug 150.41.054-1-01 and drain plugs for servicing the unit.
It is made of durable cast iron with high vibration resistance and wear resistance, which guarantees durability and reliability under high load conditions.
