Brake Link Rod 151.46.029 is used in the central (parking) brake mechanism of HTZ wheel tractors. It serves as a connecting link that transmits force between the parking brake linkage components, ensuring reliable operation of the tractor's parking brake system.
One end of the rod features an eyelet, which is connected to the brake levers using Pin A40.18.01. The opposite end is fitted with a clevis, which is connected to Intermediate Lever 151.46.022-2 using the same Pin A40.18.01, transmitting the operating force to the central brake mechanism.
Earlier tractor designs used a brake compensator assembly instead of the one-piece Brake Link Rod 151.46.029. This assembly consisted of Compensator Eye 151.46.103, Compensator Body 125.46.106, Spring 125.46.107, Washer 54.50.415, and the required fastening hardware. In later designs, these individual components were replaced with a single one-piece rod, simplifying the mechanism, improving reliability, and reducing maintenance requirements.
Brake Link Rod 151.46.029 is compatible with HTZ T-150K, T-151K, T-156, HTZ-17221, HTZ-242K, HTZ-248K, and other HTZ wheel tractors equipped with the same central (parking) brake mechanism.
