Pneumatic accumulator 151.46.030
Pneumatic Accumulator 151.46.030 is used in the central parking brake system of HTZ tractors and serves as an actuator for the brake control mechanism. It is mounted on bracket 151.46.031 and transmits force to the parking brake mechanism.
The pneumatic accumulator is connected to rod 151.46.139-1 through fork 150.21.273-2. The rod then interacts with the other components of the central brake mechanism, engaging and releasing the brake.
The operating principle is based on compressed air pressure: when the pressure inside the pneumatic accumulator changes, its working element and rod move, transmitting force through the fork and linkage to the parking brake mechanism. When air pressure is applied or released, the mechanism moves to the corresponding position.
The part operates as part of the tractor’s pneumatic system and is directly connected to the parking brake mechanism. During repairs, it is recommended to check the condition of the pneumatic accumulator, mounting bracket, fork, rod and linkage joints.
