The bevel gear 151.37.483-2 Z17 (“fungus”) is used in the transfer case of HTZ tractors and is designed to transmit torque to the drive of the NMSh-25 oil pump, which ensures the operation of the transmission lubrication system.
The gear has 17 teeth and works in tandem with the bevel gear 151.37.484-3 to form a reliable gear train. The splined part is installed on the drive shaft of the NMSh-25 pump, ensuring constant transmission of rotation to the pump while the tractor is operating. For correct installation and adjustment of the gearing, adjusting washer 151.37.545 and washer 151.37.545-01 are used, which allow you to set the required position of the gear and ensure correct operation of the bevel pair.
The good condition of this gear directly affects the operation of the transfer case lubrication system, therefore, when wear of the teeth or spline joint appears, timely replacement of the part is recommended. Thanks to the precise geometry of the teeth, smooth engagement, reduced noise and a long service life of the unit are ensured.
Used on tractors HTZ T-150K, T-151K, T-156, HTZ-17221, HTZ-159K, HTZ-242K, HTZ-245K, HTZ-248K, HTZ-249K and other models with a similar transfer case design.
