Drive gear 150.38.103-2 (shank) is the driving cone of the main drive of the T-150 tractor. It is connected through a flange to the driveshaft and transmits torque to the differential driven (ring) gear at an angle of 90°. The gear ring of the shank has 9 teeth (Z=9), made along a spiral-conical (hypoid) profile for smooth and reliable engagement.
Gear 150.38.103-2 works in tandem with driven gear 150.38.104-4, which can have holes for bolts with a diameter of 12 mm or 14 mm. Thanks to the universal design of the shank, it is compatible with both versions of the planetary gear, which simplifies the selection and replacement of parts under operating conditions. Together with the driven gear, they form an assembly unit main pair of gears 150.38.013, installed in the front and rear gearboxes bridges.
The drive gear 150.38.103-2 is used on tractors of the HTZ T-150 family (including models T-150K, T-150G, T-157, T-158, etc.). Each tractor is equipped with two such gears - one for each bridge. The part is made of high-strength steel in accordance with GOST, is resistant to loads and wear, which ensures a long service life in harsh agricultural and industrial conditions.
