The new type of axle shaft coupling L220.72.216-2 is used in the differential of the front and rear axles of HTZ tractors and is designed to transmit torque from the differential to the axle shafts.
Works together with L220.72.020 satellites inside the L220.72.013 differential, ensuring stable operation of the final drive unit. The L220 series of parts was developed by the Lozova Forging and Mechanical Plant (LKMZ) as a reinforced modernized version to increase the reliability and service life of the axles of HTZ tractors.
The coupling is installed in the amount of 2 pieces per axle.
Used on tractors HTZ T-150, HTZ-242, HTZ-243, HTZ-248 and other models with axles of the new L220 series.
