Plug Connector Installation 151.48.016-2 is designed for connecting trailers, agricultural equipment, and other electrical consumers to the tractor’s electrical system. The assembly includes a metal 7-pin PS300A socket and a ready-made wiring harness approximately 3 m long, allowing the original electrical connection for trailer equipment to be restored.
The 151.48.016-2 assembly includes: socket bracket assembly 151.48.041, PS300A socket, M5-6g×35.58.099 screws — 3 pcs, wiring harness assembly 151.48.062-2, wire 151.48.462, and clip 5.24.175.
Main specifications: voltage — 12–24 V, working current — up to 40 A, number of contacts — 7, wire length — approximately 3 m.
Socket pin functions: I — brake light, II — left turn signal, III — two-way audible signaling, IV — right turn signal, V — trailer lights / reverse light, VI — position lights, M — ground (common wire).
The plug connector transmits power and control signals to lights, turn signals, brake lights, and other electrical equipment on trailers and attached machinery. The metal socket housing and hinged protective cover allow the connector to be used under agricultural operating conditions.
Plug Connector Installation 151.48.016-2 is used on HTZ T-150 series tractors, including T-150, T-150K, T-151K, and other models with a compatible electrical system. The PS300A connector is also widely used on other tractors, combine harvesters, trailers, trucks, and agricultural machinery equipped with a 7-pin 12–24 V connection.
