The PT-3802010 tachometer speedometer drive is an important component of the system for monitoring and measuring the engine speed of HTZ tractors (in particular, models T-150, T-156, HTZ-17221, etc.). It serves to transmit mechanical rotation from the engine to the tachometer speedometer dial device installed in the operator's cabin. Thanks to its operation, an accurate and stable indication of engine speed and (in some cases) tractor speed is provided.
The drive is mounted on the body of the fuel pump or engine regulator and connected to the motor shaft through a coupling. Inside the housing there are helical gears of the gearbox, which convert rotation in accordance with the gear ratio of the device. Through a threaded fitting, a flexible shaft GVN 20-3802600-GA is connected to the drive, which transmits rotation to the pointer tachometer in the cockpit. The device operates on the principle of induction interaction: a rotating cable sets in motion a magnet, which deflects the needle on the scale - this allows you to visually read the engine speed in rpm. Also, the built-in hour meter records the total operating time of the equipment.
In combination with a properly selected flexible shaft and tachometer speedometer indicator, the PT-3802010 drive ensures reliable and accurate operation of the system.
