The lock washer 150.31.150 is used in the suspension unit of the HTZ caterpillar tractor, namely in the carriage, which is part of the chassis. The main task of the washer is to securely fix the bolt 150.31.149 and prevent its spontaneous loosening under vibration and load conditions.

Washer 150.31.150 is installed in pairs with lock washer 150.31.112A, which has special bendable “whiskers” for fixation.

This entire structure is fixed with a bolt 150.31.149 on axle 150.31.127B, which is a suspension element of the track roller or carriage.
This method of fixation guarantees the stability of the connection and safety of operation during intensive operation of the tractor in field conditions.
