Spring leaf 214-2902074-05 (first main leaf with cups 255B-2902036)is the main and most loaded element of the spring package. It sets the shape of the entire spring and holds the remaining leaves in the correct position. It can be installed both as part of 8-leaf spring 214-2902012-06, and as part of 11-leaf spring 214-2902012-11, depending on the configuration and purpose of the tractor.
All spring leaves are tightened with specialclampsand fixed with central bolts, which ensures rigidity and reliability of the structure. To fasten the spring to the bridge, ladders 151.31.101-2are required, which securely fix the package on the supporting surface.
The shock-absorbing properties of the unit are provided by additional elements: cushion 214-2902430A2, which softens shocks and vibrations, as well as buffer 125.31.105A, which limits excessive suspension movements and protects parts from overloads
