Intermediate Gear 350.01.050.01 (Double Gear Assembly)

Intermediate Gear 350.01.050.01 (Double Gear Assembly) is used in the P-350 Starting Engine 350.01.010.00 installed on SMD-60 series diesel engines. It is designed to transmit torque between the starting engine drive components, ensuring reliable operation of the engine starting mechanism.

The gear is supplied as a complete assembly consisting of Ring Gear 350.01.606.01, Gear Wheel 350.01.015.01, M6×8.56.05 Screw, and Retaining Ring Д24078. This assembly provides secure component retention and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.

The intermediate gear is installed on Intermediate Gear Pin 350.01.007.00 and operates with two 180502К1С9 bearings (GOST 8882-75). During maintenance or overhaul, it is recommended to inspect the bearings, the gear pin seating surfaces, and the gear teeth. Excessive wear of these components may result in increased backlash, abnormal noise, and reduced starting engine performance.
