The trigger mechanism 350.03.010.11 (commonly called double) is designed to launch the trigger engine PD-10 or PD-350, which is used to start the main diesel engine SMD-60. The unit plays a key role in the manual starting system, providing the ability to start the engine without the use of an electric starter.
The design of the backup consists of a durable housing 350.03.007.21 and a cover 350.03.005.20, inside of which the main working elements are located:

Drum 350.03.004.30 - used for winding the cable.

Spring 350.03.006.10 - returns the drum to its original position.

Disk 350.03.008.11 - transmits torque.

Shaft 350.03.001.21 - axis of rotation of the mechanism.

Two brake springs 350.03.003.20 - ensure smooth operation.

Gear 350.03.002.10 - transmits movement to the gear drive of the starting motor.
Additionally, the mechanism includes washers, nuts, bolts, as well as two 60201 bearings, which reduce friction and increase the service life of the unit.
The doubler is put into operation manually - by pulling the handle with cable 350.03.011.00, which rotates the drum and transmits force to the starting motor.
Used on tractors T-150, KhTZ, T-156 and other models equipped with PD series starting engines.
