Sealing ring 50-1004063 (compression)

Sealing ring 50-1004063, also known as a compression ring, is used in the exhaust system of SMD engines and is designed to ensure a tight seal between the turbocharger components and the exhaust tract.

Two of these parts are installed between the 72-07002.00 exhaust pipe and the TKR11N-1 112.30001.10 / 212.30001.00 turbocharger, preventing exhaust leakage and ensuring stable operation of the turbocharging system. The ring operates simultaneously in the engine exhaust system, as well as in the turbocharger oil and gas systems.

Thanks to its compression design, the seal compensates for thermal expansion of components and maintains a tight seal even at high operating temperatures and significant vibration loads. Wear or damage to the ring can lead to exhaust gas leakage, reduced turbocharger efficiency, and degraded engine performance.

Used on HTZ T-150, T-150K, T-151 tractors and other equipment equipped with SMD-60, SMD-62, SMD-72 engines and a TKR11N-1 turbocharger.
