Filter FG-75 A23.20.000-02is used in SMD-60 engines and is intended for coarse fuel cleaning. Its operation is based on the principle of sedimentation: as fuel passes through the filter, mechanical impurities and small particles are retained, which prevents them from entering the fuel pump and injectors. This directly affects the stable operation of the engine, increases the service life of the power system and increases the reliability of the tractor.
The basis of the design is the filter cup A23.22.000-02, inside of which the key elements are located: damper A23.20.008-02, reflector A23.11.000-02 and distributor A23.11.002. The joint work of these parts ensures effective filtration and uniform distribution of fuel flows.
The FG-75 filter is widely used on HTZ tractors, models T-150, T-151, T-156, as well as on other agricultural and specialized equipment equipped with SMD-60 and SMD-72 engines.
