Buffer 150.45.435-1

The buffer 150.45.435 is a shock-absorbing element installed inside the brackets 151.45.018-5A-01 and 151.45.014-5A-01, where it works in conjunction with the cabin cushion 150.45.216-2and the mounting bar 150.45.096-1A. Its main function is to dampen vertical and vibration loads falling on the cabin while the tractor is moving.

Purpose:

• Provides additional protection for the cab from shock and vibration.

• Improves the shock-absorbing properties of the cabin mounting unit.

• Reduces noise and vibrations transmitted from the frame and transmission.

Application:
Used on tractors HTZ: T-150, T-151, T-156, ХТЗ-17221 and other models with a cab on shock-absorbing supports.

Features:

• Made from elastic, wear-resistant material.

• Resistant to temperature changes and high workloads.

• Performed in two versions:

  • Old sample - 150.45.435 buffer of standard size.

  • New sample - buffer 150.45.4351-1, designed for a panel cabin, has a larger size and an enlarged internal opening.

• It is recommended to use the original buffers to maintain the correct seating geometry and securely fix the cab.

When replacing the shock-absorbing unit, the buffer 150.45.435 or 150.45.4351-1 must be included in the kit to ensure full functionality and comfort when operating the tractor.
