Pump 150.95.070-1 is a key component of the air-cooling system of the cabin of KhTZ tractors, providing water circulation to humidify and cool the air during the hot season. It is actively used in ventilation and heating units installed on tractors T-150, T-150K, T-156 and other models of the Kharkov Tractor Plant.
Composition of the pump unit:
Pump 150.95.070-1 is a multi-element unit, including:- Electric motor ME-226B (12V, 40W) - drives the impeller.
- Coupling 150.95.515 and driver 150.95.517 - transmit rotation from the engine to the pump shaft.
- Engine flange 150.95.509-1 and shock absorber 150.95.435 provide mounting and vibration damping.
- Pump roller 150.95.561-1 with bearing 200 GOST 8338-57 and cuff 1-10x26-3 GOST 8752-70 - ensures stable rotation.
- Impeller 150.95.618 and 150.95.567A - create water pressure.
- Pump body 150.95.566-1, flange 150.95.570-1, suction fitting 150.95.617 - form the body part and connection to the system.
- Other parts: gaskets, plug KG1/8”, water supply tube 150.95.317.
Installation:
Installed on bracket 150.95.050, interacts with water tank 150.95.040-1. A fan with an air intake system draws air through humidified elements, which improves the microclimate inside the cabin.Purpose and application:
This pump operates as part of an air cooler, which provides comfortable conditions in the operator's cabin, especially in the summer. It is used on the T-150, T-150K tractor and their modifications, as well as on the T-156, combines and other KhTZ equipment that use a similar climate control system.-
