Purpose and principle of operation
The ratchet serves as an element of the engine starting mechanism, through which the start is carried out using the PD-10U (or PD-350) starting motor.

The trigger pawl acts on its teeth, ensuring the transmission of torque from the starting motor to the crankshaft.

After starting the tractor, the ratchet is automatically released to prevent damage to the starting device and free rotation.
