Ratchet 60-04107.10

rapovik 60-04107.10 is installed on the front end of the crankshaft of the SMD-60/62 engine and is part of the mounting unit for the crankshaft pulley 60-04106.10. Fixed together withlock washer 60-04109.10, ensuring reliable retention of the pulley on the crankshaft and transmission of rotation to auxiliary units through V-belts.

Purpose and principle of operation

The ratchet serves as an element of the engine starting mechanism, through which the start is carried out using the PD-10U (or PD-350) starting motor.

• The trigger pawl acts on its teeth, ensuring the transmission of torque from the starting motor to the crankshaft.

• After starting the tractor, the ratchet is automatically released to prevent damage to the starting device and free rotation.

Construction

• Made from high-strength steel that can withstand shock loads during startup.

• It has a gear ring (ratchet profile), thanks to which it interacts with the doubler mechanism350.03.010.11.

• Complete with crankshaft pulley and lock washer to form a single unit at the front end of the crankshaft.

Application

Ratchet 60-04107.10 is used in SMD-60/62 engines installed on tractors:

• HTZ T-150, T-151, T-156,

• as well as on other agricultural and construction equipment with similar diesel engines.
