Threaded bushing 151.37.138 and special nut 151.37.137 - a new engineering solution of the Kharkov Tractor Plant
A set of threaded bushing 151.37.138 and a special nut 151.37.137 is designed for precise adjustment of the axial clearance on the input shaft of the T-150 and HTZ-242 tractors. This modern technical solution, developed by the Kharkov Tractor Plant, allows you to simplify and speed up the process of adjusting the gap between gears 151.37.210-6 and 151.37.111.
Previously, spacer sleeve 150.37.104 and a set of (adjusting) spacer rings 151.37.324-2 were used to perform this operation. However, using the new thread kit allows for more convenient and precise adjustment without the need to select and install multiple adjusting rings.
It is important to note that both versions - both the old one (with a bushing and rings) and the new one (with a threaded bushing and a special nut) - are interchangeable. This allows the user to choose the most convenient method of maintenance and repair, depending on the available components and operating conditions.
The new development of HTZ is aimed at increasing the reliability of the unit and reducing labor costs during its maintenance, which is especially important for owners and repairers of agricultural machinery.
