Connecting rod bearings A23.01-91-60Asb are used in connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft of SMD-60/62 engines of HTZ tractors and are designed to ensure reliable operation of the crank mechanism, reduce friction and protect the crankshaft journals from wear.

For SMD-60 engines, the plant provided for sorting the crankshaft connecting rod journals into size groups, so the liners are produced in nominal and repair sizes. The nominal sizes are represented by groups H1 and H2, which correspond to different size groups of the crankshaft. The repair dimensions are intended for installation after grinding the crankshaft journals: P1 (-0.25 mm) and P2 (-0.50 mm). There are also sizes P3 (-0.75 mm) and P4 (-1.00 mm), used after deeper repair treatment of the crankshaft.

Catalog numbers of the sets: A23.01-91-60AsbN1, A23.01-91-60sbLN1, A23.01-91-60sbLN2, A23.01-91-AsbN2. The separate insert has catalog number A23.01-9103A.

Insert sizes:

• H1 - nominal size, 1st size group of the crankshaft;
• H2 - nominal size, 2nd size group of the crankshaft;
• P1 — repair size, grinding the neck by 0.25 mm;
• P2 — repair size, grinding the neck by 0.50 mm;
• Р3 — repair size, grinding the neck by 0.75 mm;
• P4 - repair size, grinding the neck by 1.00 mm.

They are used on tractors HTZ T-150, T-150K, T-151, T-151K, T-156 and other equipment with SMD-60 / SMD-62 engines of a similar design.
