The YaMZ 236-1003003 injector cup repair kit is designed for servicing and restoring the injector installation unit in the cylinder head. The kit ensures tightness of the connection, correct fixation of the injector and correct operation of the fuel injection system.
The repair kit includes: silicone sealing ring 236-1003114-B2, nozzle bowl 236-1003112-B, nozzle bowl nut 236-1003113 and copper sealing washer 12.0×23.0×0.3 312472-P. All elements are selected to work together and are designed for high temperatures and pressure in the nozzle area.
The repair kit is used when replacing worn parts, eliminating gas leaks and fuel leaks, as well as during scheduled repairs of YaMZ-236 engines.
Used on HTZ tractors, as well as other agricultural, road and special equipment equipped with YaMZ engines with a similar nozzle cup design.
