Plug KG1/4 is used to seal threaded service openings in housings and assemblies of HTZ T-150, T-150K and other HTZ tractor models. It is most commonly used in hydraulic system, steering system, and transmission components.
On HTZ T-150K tractors, the KG1/4 plug is used, in particular, in bypass distributor 151.37.025-1 of the transmission hydraulic system, where several KG1/4 plugs are installed. It is also used in flow control valve 151.40.039-1 of the steering system and in hydraulic cylinder 151.40.040-3, including the cylinder front cover assembly 151.40.070-1.
KG1/4 plugs are also found in various assemblies of other agricultural machinery, including DT-75, MTZ/Belarus, YuMZ, T-25, T-40 and LTZ tractors, as well as SMD, D-65, D-243, D-245 and D-260 engines. They are used in hydraulic valve housings, hydraulic steering units, oil pumps, centrifugal filters, cylinder blocks, and other assemblies.
When selecting a plug, it is recommended to verify its designation and version, as different KG1/4 variants manufactured according to GOST, OST, and TU standards can be found in parts catalogs.
